Throughout the season there are opportunities for athletes to compete at Regional and State competitions, as well as LAQ Carnivals and other Centre Invitational meets.

Members are advised when these events are open for nominations on ResultsHQ.

SunCoast Regional Relays – Saturday 8th November at the University of the Sunshine Coast Athletic Track. Back up date for Relay’s is Saturday 15th November if there is a cancelltion on the 8th due to extreme weather.

SunCoast Regional Championships – Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th of Feruary 2026. Back up date for the Championships is Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th February if there is a cancelltion on the 7th and 8th due to extreme weather.
