The Queensland Government provided $2,000.00 to Maroochy Little Athletics under theCOVID Safe Active Clubs Kickstart’ initiative to support little athletics at Maroochydore and enable Queenslanders to participate in sport and recreation activities.’

Thank you to the Coles Little Athletics Community Fund Round 5 for the generous donation we received to purchase a Line Marker Boom and Athletic Equipment for our Tiny Tots Program.

Coles community bags supporting Little Athletics. Since November 2018, Coles has provided more than $1.68m in grants for new sports equipment to 376 Little Athletics centres across Australia. Funds for the grants are raised through the sale of specially-marked chiller bags designed by Aussie kids. For every bag sold, 25 cents is directed to the Coles Little Athletics Community Fund to provide sport equipment grants.

Community Gambling Benefoit

Thank you to the Community Gambling Benefit Fund for the major grant awarded to our centre in 2018 for the upgrade of our Centre lighting which will be completed in 2019. In 2015 a grant enabled us to upgrade our Long Jump and Triple Jump facility to an IAAF approved standard. We are still enjoying the benefits of this grant.
